What is "TDY"? I have a 4 year old daughter, Natalie, who is ROBI. We live in the SE corner of New Mexico.

Four years ago, we had a consultation in April then surgery in July. Just this year, we went for an exam in the clinic in January and surgery was scheduled for February.
