Now our lawyer wants us to go to TCH for a consultation. How long in between the consultation and when you get a date to do the surgery? Has anyone had good luck?

We sent in our six month post op tape in and one week later got a call that Matthew needed mod-quad. I'm sure response time varies on their schedule. Both times we heard back within 24 hours of them reviewing the tape.

Four years ago, we had a consultation in April then surgery in July. Just this year, we went for an exam in the clinic in January and surgery was scheduled for February.
