ideas for excercising the hand
i was reminded of what i did when i had no strength to hold on to a ball to squeeze it. i put the ball in a sock then put the sock over my hand. it made my hand independent of the good hand. and it also made it easier to excercise my fingers. not only a ball but a one pound weight, or anything small you cant hold on to yet.
