Hi,
I can answer a few of your questions:
1) BPI stands for Brachial Plexus Injury, UBPN is the name of this organization United Brachial Plexus Network
2) Yes of course you are welcome to participate in the Camp UBPN when it is held (next one is in 2010, always in the USA)
Don't know who can help you for your TBPI, but I am sure others here will know more about your 3rd question.

No, there is one camp. It is run by UBPN for people with a BPI, either birth injured like me or traumatic injury like yours.

Hello Eran.
What part of Israel do you live in? My son has friends and parents of friends in various parts of Israel.
I am so sorry about your injury. I find Traumatic (means we have had BPI from an accident, not childbirth)Brachial Plexus Injury so hard as there are so many that do not know about or understand this injury.
As for specialists around the world I do not know. I do know Mayo Clinic in Rochester,Minnesota USA is a well known clinic and hospital through out the world. It has Brachial Plexus specialists. I think it is wise to have an opinion from someone who specializes in our type of injury. If you have the resources to come to the USA, come and get examined after researching all options. I have not heard of anyone in France-not sure if there are specialists there but I think there may be. Best wishes in your search.
