Those that know us, know that Aaron has never had any movement past/higher than his mouth. He is touching the top of his head!!!!! Guys this is his 4th surgery and it has given him in 1 week out of cast, more than the other 3 have given him in his 5 yrs!!!! I 1st had him touch is mouth and he did very easy then so i had him try his nose then his eye and then the top of his head and he did very very easy. I cried so much and i think i still havent stopped. Aaron had to look down to get something in his mouth using lefty before surgery and now...wow I just can't get over it. HE HAS OVERHEAD!!!! I want to go outside and shout it but i will probably get arrested LOL. I think you guys would be the only ones to really understand. I LOVE SHRINERS and what they have done for my son!!!

Shriners are amazing arent they? They gave me every thing I have, I couldnt be more appreciative. They are wonderful!

great news! what surgery did he have?

Aaron had the anterior capsule release at Shriners in Houston with Dr Gloria Gogola. She is WONDERFUL and is my new BFF lol. Thanks everyone. I had only dreamt of these wonderful new moves of his and now they are real. God knows I've waited sooo long for this to happen.

I can picture Carolyn doing her happy dance, but I'm too self-conscious to join in the dance. I'm just sitting on the sidelines cheering on everyone else. Congratulations!!
