I signed up for private board but I find I can't chat with you guys, only tbpi! That's great but we are all adults with bpi, after all. If a teen with tbpi wants to sign will they have to go to the tbpi board or the teen board? Kath, Judy, Tbaby, we used to have some laughs in the old days!
Anyway, nice to see you around again tbaby, did you get my mail? And Kath, thank you SO MUCH for your kind and encouraging mail when I was about as down as it gets, I'm sorry I didn't reply but as many of my friend will tell you, I haven't been replying to mails for a while, just getting my head and heart back together now.

I am so happy to see you post! I've been thinking of you and sending positive thoughts... and a few prayers in your direction across the world. I'm glad my note helped a bit and I never expected an answer. I just wanted you to know I cared and was thinking of you.

The boards are private for each group. We OBPI adults had a very hard time talking about our feelings in the open. We were careful because many new parents and parents of young children would get so over the top upset. So many of us were keeping things in or using email to talk about things and get some support. Now we are finally comfortable. Most of us never talked about our arms because no one understood. Many feel their families just never dealt with it so were not comfortable in public conversation. I know I never did until 9 years ago when we all met here at UBPN.

We did have a lot of fun then and some great humor going on... It's amazing how much we have all learned since then. Especially about over use and body movement...
Now I don't feel like such a nag about overuse... people finally realize it's the truth.

Glad your putting things together and hopefully soon you will have your good old Brit humor back in stride.
