I've had BP for 5 months now and I found a product that offers tempory relief. It's called Perskindol and is made in Switzerland by Pharma Singer AC (www.perskindol.com). The product contains Peppermint Oil, Pine Needle Oil, Orange Oil, Wintergreen Oil, Bergamot Oil, Lemon Oil, Rosemary Oil and Lavender Oil.
I sell it in my pharmacy for other arthritic and muscle related injuries with very good results. Hope this helps someone.
