Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: My son was born At Parrish Medical Center in Titusville,Fla.After becoming stuck in the birth canal A doctor(any doctor)was paged 911.Believe it or not There was NO Obgyn on staff to preform a delivery,so a midwife and one other nurse had to deliver my son.He suffered 2 torn nerves and came out lifeless...
We see Dr.Grossman In Miami along with Dr.Price.He has had a nerve transfer in 2010,A round of botox and a recasting in 2011 and now we will having another round of botox in which we pray no cast will be needed. He is a smart handsome little boy who has come so far and everyday I feel he's improving!

Hello to all..
Thnk you sooo much Kath for all the prayers. You are a inspiration.I know my son will be alright and go on to do amazing things.
My husband and I were on fertility treatment for 3 years before I got pregnant with Tucker and we lost 3 babies in the process.I had a lot of bleeding while I was pregnant with my little one and almost every day I feared another miscarriage.
But at 8 months My water broke and I gave birth to what should have been a healthily long awaited baby boy. What angers me so is the fact that my obgyn KNEW he was gonna be a big baby.My Hubby was almost 11 pounds at birth and I had gestational diabetes  I was told I was a high risk patient because of my history with miscarriages and high blood pressure.Any how I arrived at the hospital she delived at and she was also their on call obygn. They gave me postosin?
And did an emergency ultrasound and the baby should about 7 p 14 oz.The techian doing the ultrasound said it can be 3 pounds up or down on weight.So...my labor stalled and I was prepped for a c-section At about noon...she was going to give me till 4:30 to do it natural.Well come 5 I hd to push..but I was alone..Meaning no doctor whats so ever.Just 2 nurses. After about 45 minutes of pushing I made some improvement..out came a head and he was blue :? He like most was stuck at the shoulders,I had one nurse start punching my abdomen to dislodge him and it didn't work so the other nurse ripped him out
any way she could. He came out not moving or breathing and they took him away.I said good bye to him from a plastic box and he was transported to a nicu in another town for over a week.
That night my doctor finally showed up..i asked where she had been and she refused to respond...
No one preformed an episionomy? so I had really bad tearing. Its been 11 months and intercourse is still extremely painful and come to find out its due to scar tissue build up and Its considered a plastic surgery and my insurance is refusing to pay for any of it...
so thats most of my birthing story..and I don't know how to get rid of a llllll this anger!!!!!!!!!
My son had surgery at 6 months to draft 2 of his torn nerves,he has a scar along the whole left calf of his leg a scar arcross his neck and he required shoulder surgery because we found out for 6 months he had a dislocated shoulder from birth that was over looked. For 6 long months my son screamed. We went through 9 different formulas thinking it was gas...
Any how he spent 2 months in a cast and now he's a happy little boy. He's almost a YEAR  And last week he finally sat up all by himself...yay,the rest will come when he's ready: )He's moving his arm some..just nothing past his chest. The surgery will take 2 years to show any kind of improvements .The nerve is a slow growing thing: )But he's my miricle baby and Hes perfect to me and I KNOW HE WILL RECOVER!!!!!! I just know that I know it...Just keep praying for us and know I am praying for ya'll regardless if you know it....God bless all of you *
