Sidneys dad,
Oh, the medical records issue. My original set of medical records was stamped true and accurate copies, however, when my lawyer sent for the ones by subpeona, they were also marked true and accurate and guess what they were two different....completely different records. They doctored the records and siad htat both records were true and accurate(these were the delivery records. Also, may I Suggest that you get a copy fo evernthing that your Ped. does every visit...they will usually give you a copy on the way out of the office. This was important to us because the defense tried everything including trying to pin the injury on the PED....GAYLE

Re: attorney info sought
Hi George,
Our attorney is out of Detroit. He charges 33 1/3 per cent. He specializes in Brachial Plexus injuries. He also helped to write the Federal laws dealing with schools. You should be forwarned, however, that these cases take a VERY long time. Ours has been in the works for over 4 years. I have seen them as long as 10 years. Would be glad to share info if you are interested!

Cadie's mom... George's post was from 2007. Just letting you know so that you understand why he might not respond to you.

Hi Sidney's Dad,
We had a case in Atlanta, GA and our local attorney was Tommy Malone. He called on Stuart Grossman, who is in FL because he has a TON of BPI experience. We found him to be a great attorney and his staff is also great. We definitely felt confident with him during the process and he knows his stuff. The team work between our local attorney and Mr. Grossman got our case settled. The link to his website is below:
