Once again we are honored to host a team from the Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital.
Pre-registration is required. Appointments for evaluations by Dr. Saleh Shenaq (Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital)will be scheduled upon receipt of registration forms and payment for the picnic package. Registration forms will be available on line after March 1st at: http://members.aol.com/kritz74433. The picnic package price will include admission to the zoo and the lunch buffet. Families who are registered by April 20th will receive, in May, a packet including tickets for parking, zoo admission, lunch buffet, directions to the zoo, zoo map indicating where our group will gather, and an appointment time/number. Appointment time and evaluation number assigned will be determined by the order in which registration is received after March 1st.
