Saturday September 11, 9:00am - 4:00pm
Evaluation/ checkup appointments with Dr. Nath
Lunch-12:00 noon (price to be announced)

**Free child care and supervision will be provided along with some activities and arts and crafts for children while waiting for appointments and for those who will not be seeing the doctor but waiting.
