Hi Nancy, I saw your response regarding the bicep lengthening. I am curious, was Kelsey turned out at the elbow, externally rotated? This is how my daughter presents her arm. We are hoping this surgery will allow her arm to come down naturally to her side and gain some internal rotation, allowing her to touch her tummy and chest.
