I have a BPI and cannot move my left arm or hand at all. I had surgery by Dr. Tiel in 2003 to get back some use in my arm. My family and I made 4 trips to New Orleans from Oklahoma City and spent thousands so that I could have surgery at LSU. I got 2 muscles back in my shoulder that do not do me any good at all. I got no movement back in my arm at all. We probably bought Tiel and Kline a new BMW and all I got was more pain in my arm and I have huge scars on my neck, shoulder, and both legs from my ankle to the back of my knee and are an inch wide in some places. After all that I was told to go have another surgery in another state or to "live with it". I feel so stupid for getting my parents excited about me having surgery and getting use of my arm back. I do not think anyone should put themselves or their family through the pain and suffering I went through. Dr Tiel and Kline did more damage to my arm than they did good.
