We are in the bay area so I would either need to fly or drive (400 miles) down to see him at the picnic. Do people think it would be worth it? Can anyone give me more information on what he does at these on site evaluations? Thanks so much!

He will look at your child and tell you what, if anything, he thinks may help/benefit...whether it is a splint, certain therapy or a surgical proceudre.
The specialists see a lot of BPI children, so they know what they are looking at and for right off the bat.
I would definitely make the drive or fly if you can. Plus, the picnics are a wonderful place to meet wonderful people and share even more information with.

Dr. Nath will be at the SCBPN picnic on August 28th. He will also see children on the 27th. Each child will be scheduled for 15 minutes with Dr. Nath. The time goes quickly and we must stay on schedule to be sure everyone gets an evaluation. Be sure to be on time and have any questions ready. You may want to write down everything the night before so you don't feel rushed trying to remember everything. Please direct any additional questions to me direct at tinaarvizu@hotmail.com
