i'm posting anon for the fact that i need advice. see when my baby was born i was working at the time and when i found out just how serious his injury was i had to quit working. sadly enough we had to file bankruptcy and i lost a vehicle and some furniture not to mention the years that it took to get to my high position at work. what i was thinking was did anyone ever sue the doc on behalf of the family. for the lost income and property if you did how did it go?
