Losing use of thumb?

Post by veggiebug »

I'm not sure and I might be crazy for thinking this however, when I flip through a stack of papers or cut with scisors, I feel as though my thumb is not working as well as it used to. And I'm getting sort of frustrated at times. The rest of my hand feels as normal as it ever has.
The only reason I wondered was a year ago I broke both bones just above my wrist and I've had some pain which I can live with but my thunb is starting to annoy me.
If anyone has any thoughts please let me know.

It's an odd feeling, maybe I'm not using it enough. Well I started Aqua Aerobics today I think that will have a positive effect on my arm. And I play Volleyball once a week, so I'm trying to use it more and it's much harder than it was when I was younger.

I should have done my exercises like mom always said, I never listend but now I know better.
