an attorney to take our case. It is all due to $$$$ and expenses to prove a medical malpractice case.
My daughter is permanently injured! She turns 1 on Tuesday. She WILL need years of PT and OT and I have thought of waiting until she is older but I really think the best thing for us is to go ahead w/suit.
Since she has not needed the primary and hopefully not the modquad I have been turned down. She statistically will probably need at least one surgery she did not start regaining until about 4 1/2 to 5 months. She still has problems w/supination and her bicep / deltoid muscles. She is a lot better then she was at birth. We are Extremely happy she has not had to have surgery but still feel that the doctor was negligent in his care of her.
FRustrated beyond belief.
