Alexyss had mod quad last July and she has stated that her arm is really hurting underneath. Which is normal. What does it mean when it all of a sudden starts to be very painful? Is she getting tighter? Besides ROM exercises, what else can be done?

I'd ask the surgeon. Have you tried a heat pack before doing the rom? That has always helped with the rom but we havent had the pain issue. God bless!

Is she going through a growth spurt? Is she dislocating? As far as range goes, can you see if she has lost any range due to increasing tightness? What do her physical therapists say?

I would call the speicalist right away and talk to therapists as well. I also prefer to get second and third opinions from other specialists as well.
