Mr.Walters said he can not take our case. I don't know what to do next. I have 4 months to file and no lawer. I still respect walters thought, just don't know what to do. what is Ken levine # anybody

There is a 2 year time limit, but if you get an attorney he can file a 4 month extension. That's what ours did for us when he was having trouble finding an expert.He took our case when another top Orlando attorney turned it down and we now have a settlement with the delivering doctor and are waiting reply from my regular physician. I also referred another family to him I met at our orthos office and they also have a settlement. If you'd like his name and number just e-mail me at

Yes, there is 2 year limit for the parents, but the child can still file up to age 18. Our doctor covered her tracks quite nicely. Good Luck!

my child was born in nyc and i was ordered a settlement.So far things are going alright.My son is 4 yrs old and has klumpkes erbs palsy.we have recently moved to orlando florida but my laywers are still trying to get him a good deal.I have the same problem the midwife covered her tracks really well
