STEVEN PHILLIPS!!!!!
we worked with an attorney out east for some time and got no where... we've only contacted this man about 3 months ago and already he's done more than the other! He's busy..but just a great guy!
I do not have his phone number with me right now... but I do know he is downtown Chicago..and I believe it is on Clark Ave.
Good luck!

I'm not a lawyer (honest!) but I know Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard have been successful in BPI cases. You might want to look at their website: www.salvilaw.com. They have offices in Chicago and Waukegan.

its funny you should ask that!
I am from Wisconsin (Janesville) and he is currently working on that!
from my understanding what happens is that he finds an attorney here to work with...dont quote me on that!
please feel free to email me with any questions!!!

I also read somewhere in one of these threads to keep on hand copies of all your medical records, hospital records, babies medical records (to current) and an acount of what you experienced during labor.

i thought that was a great idea..its a lot of work to get these things together everytime you seek new representation. I am in the process of this now...just in case! (just thought i'd pass that great tip on)

We also used Lon Walter's and we are in Maryland. Most times lawyers will get someone in your state to act as a representative for them to deal with the individual state laws. We settled also. Lon was absolutely wonderful. Try contacting him at: lonwalters@email.msn.com
