recently I had a client who requested I attend hypno birthing seminar with her( I provide labor support to birthing mammas)and the gentleman teaching had a BPI -so ofcourse I chatted briefly with him after- he had a trauma injury and I believe had surgery later on- at Duke? with Dr Freidman? anyways- we didnt talk long but he shared that he had experienced a tremendous amt of pain and he really recommends hypno therapy- his email is dancleary@juno.com he is in West Palm Beach but probably has references for elsewhere if anyone is interested- I really liked the way he presented the hypnosis concepts and I can see that it would help someone particularly at first when the pain is sososo great- particularly anyone who might have an aversuion to the drugs I know to most they are wonderful but there are some people who for whatever reasoins cannot safely take drugs, especially addictive ones so- thougth Id mention this
