Muscle and Tendon Transfer to Rotator Cuff

Hi everyone, my Daughter Ashley, who is 6, is going to have surgery in March. We live in Canada, BC, actually. She will be only the fourth child receiving this surgery at The British Columbia Children's Hopital, we are just a little nervous. Has anyone received this surgery and if so, would you share your experience?
