Media Coverage

I received a call from Tamala Knapp the producer of "healthwatch" on NBC channel 10. She would like to do a story on Bradley, BPI's, and awareness! Cherie Bank is the reporter who will be coming to the house to do the story. I will keep everyone posted when the segment will air on tv. NBC channel 10 covers PA,NJ, and DEL. Three states! YEAH!!!! She would like to have Bradleys PT present also, to show how the ROM is done.
I can't imagine what my neighbors are going to think when they see the news vans. LOL! Nothing exciting ever happens in my neighborhood except for our yearly yard sale.
I'm hoping the other NBC satellite stations pick up on this as well. Who knows? It's a start.

That is such great news! I will never forget Cherie Bank...several years ago...doing a segmant on "Big Babies." She made it seem like it was no big deal and such. I sent her a letter telling her what a big deal it was if the baby gets stuck and injured. Never heard a reply. To this day I can't stand watching her when I see her on tv! ha But I will definatly tune in when you are going to be on! :) Really lay it all out there about HOW this can be prevented!!!

Something interesting just hit me. I saw on the news that she recently had undergone rotator cuff surgery. Then was in a car accident and had it reinjured. She will be able to understand just a hint of what our kids have to go through. I hope through understanding some of that pain she will help in getting the word out about PREVENTION!
