mediator

Post by admin »

Hi,
I'm just curious if any of your OBGYN's came to you asking that you get a mediator to solve issues with your BPI child. If so are you happy that you did things this way? Also what can be expected when meeting with a mediator? Thank you for any comments!

Some states actually require mediation, but that doesn't mean there will be a settlement. I think it can be a positive thing but it can also be a waste of time. It really just depends. I have never heard of the actual ob/gyn asking for it but maybe there are some people out there???

We had a mediator and I would recommend doing that. You don't have to agree but it is a good idea. A mediator is a neutral third party.

Make sure to have your attorney w/you.
