Hey guys! When I try to login, I'm getting a Jive error. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just my computer illiteracy. When I goto log-in/ register, I'm getting sent to an error page that looks like a notebook page with lots of java script. If you can help, I would appreciate it. Hope everyone had a great holiday seasons and guess what. I have use of the computer now. I usually just look so remember, Big Sister is watching you.
THANX LOVE SUSAN

Gee Susan you go away for a few weeks and they lock you out. Glad you back online I hope you had a great Holiday. I bet its nice to be home after all. If you have Norton on your computer it wont let you login to some boards. You might try turning the web part of Norton off and see if you can get logged in then. But im not much more of a computer expert than that.
Glad your back, even if your just lurking.
John

Susan
this happened to me a while ago - I COULD NOT understand it, I contacted Ryan at UBPN and the people at Jive forums etc etc to no avail- everyone was stumped - so my 13 year old Godson said
have you tried disabling your internet security and loggining in and then re-enabling the firewall and anti-virus??
DUH !!!!!
so I did just that, disabled my norton anti-virus and my norton firewall, logged onto the forums logged in,
then re-enabled both the virus protection and the firewall and carried on from there!
I don't know if it will work for you, but it's worth a try
Good Luck
Karen
