The Ada states palsy is a covered disiablity.Well Erbs meet it? I should beable to do it ,1. History, I have records of my birth with Erbs and others in differant time frames in my life.2. They have to percive I have a disibility.( I had to explain the erbs to the owner, I only work at this place for ten years.3. It has to afect your apility to work types of class of jobs. That should be no problem.I got discrimated on my Erbs and my age,Iam 50. My dream is to win my case and then try to find away to post it hear,So every one can have it,If discrimation ever becomes a issue,I beleve I will be setting a president with my case.and a life time of determiation To Fight!
