Can the Mayo clinic help me?

In January I will be seeing the BP doctors at Minn. Mayo clinic.Its been alittle over 2 years since my accident,I can raise my arm 55 degrees,with no improvement in the past year.Can anyone tell me what they at Mayo might be able to do for me?I have heard of mustle transfers,ect.Anyone with any info on what they might or could do for,Please respond.

I live in minnesota. I know this is a good place to have surgery. It may be a choice we have in the near future. My son is a child so he went to Gillette childrens in St. Paul. You can always check out the University of Minnesota. They have people there that can assist you. I believe their hospital does these surgeries. There are 4 hospitals here that do. Good luck!
