Gadget Queen finds Hair Dryer for bpi

Post by Kathleen M »

Hi All

For those interested I found a great hair dryer holder

It holds the hair dryer on a stand and you don't have
find a wall to hold up you arm while holding the dryer...

It just arrived. The only catch I found was when I went to order the advertisment on tv said free dryer and brushes with it. However the telephone operator informed me that I would have to pay an additional 20 dollars for shipping and handeling... I refused and just purchased the stand for $19.99.

Check it out - check the price before getting the free dryers - brushes. My dryers fit perfectly.

For those who are new my family call me the Gadget Queen because I love new gadgets and I use them... LOL.. My husbands first words when this was delivered was "The Gadget Queen strikes again"

Thanks Kath (Gadget Queen)! That is a pretty neat stand! It sort of looks like it could be useful for alot of other things too - can't think of many right now though - maybe hold a big hand held mirror so you can see behind you and style your hair? Not sure if that'd work with it though.
Thanks for sharing your gadgets!

How come none of us could come up with that idea! *L* I'm glad you found something that works for you. Let us know how it works.

My husband is a gadget king. We still have the thing you plug into the wall to mess up the central nervous system of ants and spiders. At least your gagets work!!!

My reply is also a question. How long did it take you to receive these items. It has now been about 4 weeks and I have not as yet received the 2 I ordered for Christmas gifts. I did my ordering over the phone and was not given an id no. Also I questioned the girl I talked to very thoroughly and she did not say anything about the extra shipping charge except it was $8.60, so am now wondering if I will get the dryer and brushes. She could hardly speak English, so don't really know what I will end up with. Hope I do get it though, sounds like a good gadget to have. I also am a gadget collector or should I say sucker. I also ordered two of the glow in the dark watches, guess what neither of them work and you can't send back to the company - have to send for repair at $6.95 each and they only cost $9.95, hardly seems worth it. Just another burn I guess.

I wish you luck and just wonder if you will get the brushes etc... If you do let me know and I will contact the company and ask them to explain why I only received the stand.

I saw this stand on a commercial and wasn't quick enough to get the info - do you happen to know the phone number for this? I found the web site, but it didn't show a number. The order page on the web site is not really clear as to what info goes in the blanks - made me a little nervous. I thought I would rather call than order it over the web.

I also am a gadget nut.

Thanks,

Sylvia

one of the many rehabilitation companies, request a catalog. While the equipment may cost more it also gives one ideas to go or even provide a place to get equipment otherwise not available. I especially like their ADL section.

I ordered my hairmade on December 23rd and added $10 for a rush delivery. It is now January 30th and I haven't seen it yet. I can't get to speak with customer service because their voicebox is full. I've been ripped off!

Thanks for the heads up! I ordered 2 of these (for myself and my daughter who has a ROBPI) on 1/4. I checked the order status a while ago and it said that it had been sent to shipping. Well I haven't received anything yet. I just contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. So I got a credit on my bill and now they will try to contact the company and resolve the matter.
