The hospitial record were destroyed in a fire! the investigator in my human right case wanted proof that Erbs was a disiabity seeing my bent up arm was not enough!! later it did help! I did get facts from children momorial in Chicago over 50 years ago. Two things happen a clek that whould spend the time and God.This is a God Thing!! but to all the parents keep those record so important for your child.I will be going to court next week this is 22 months latter and it will still take alot of time! So far I have proved my case and it doesnt matter what I say there, because I will prove my case by a paper trail of disrimiation! Tom

My spinal surgeon told me Erb's resolves itself most of the time. Then he said, oh, I guess it didn't on you. I still have the records from the ortho from 2 years on up--but it dosn't give a lot of detail. Only what my ROM was and what it improved to after therapy. Good luck. Pat Q

I will be praying for you.Please don't give up.Sometimes even with doctors papers they are still skeptical.I did get mine.Having a big mouth does help.
