chicago doctors

I was hoping someone out there has a doctor they work with for pain that lives near the Chicago land area and/or a Doctor that works with BPI's that could get me some PT. I tried Neurontin (4500mg a day) but wasn't happy with the side effects and having to take 15 pills a day. Has anyone had any luck with something for the pain other than meds? My arm has been stuck to my side for 16 yrs! I'm sore.
