Sarah crawled!!!

After all these months of being prepared for Sarah not crawling, the PT/OTs telling us she would never crawl, her neurologist, orthopedist, etc. telling us she couldn't crawl, she showed them all!

Granted, it's not a very graceful crawl, and her BPI arm sometimes gets stuck underneath her, but she's bearing weight, and she's moving her arms in rhythm with her legs, and she is so pleased with herself!

These are the moments that I can see the light... She can overcome her BPI no matter how difficult it may seem at times.

Here's to all of our children proving everyone wrong!

My husband had to hurry out and buy all the babyproofing supplies! We thought we had a few more months!!! Money definitely well spent though!

Oh wow! that is just fabulous news!! Small miracles are GREAT miracles... and this is NO SMALL miracle!! Every movement counts and weigh bearing is SO important for their shoulders... keep her down there as long as you can...think up all kinds of neat games... get a tunnel... oh there are so many ways...just keep her down there!!
