Well it's finally over. After 5 1/2 years and one mistrial, we have settled our suit. I am pleased with the outcome and soooo glad that it is over with. I did not want to have to go through another trial again. Just one more thing lifted off my shoulders, thank God.

Congratulations. We just counter offered this morning. I am so stressed about this, we are scheduled to go to trial next Monday.

I am so glad you got it over with. I am looking forward to that feeling too. Hopefully, we will be successful in getting our child what he needs. The sad thing is our child is 4 y/o and is starting to notice that that arm doesnt do things right. Making comments and such. It really gets to me.

Well, I'm off to get a few things to wear to court. Wish us luck!
