Post ruptured biceps tendon repair- rom problems

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, I ruptured my distal biceps tendon in Jan.
After the surgery, I got a staph infection and the doctor had to operate again on it in April because it antibiotics would not get rid of it. Now, I have full extension, flexion, and about 75% strength recovered, but my supination and pronation are very restricted. The doctor x rayed and discovered that some bone grew in between the ulna and radius bones, and that is causing the problem. Does anyone have any experience with this type of problem? It may require another surgery, but the doctor doesnt know if he can safely excise the bone or not.
