I have been lurking here off and on for quiet some time. Some people here I am familiar with or know from other forums. I just usually feel kind of weird just lurking, so I thought I'd take a minute to introduce myself and my ds. Atticus will be 2 in Feb. he suffered a LOBPI, and he's the most precious, beautiful little boy I've ever seen, course I'm bias here.
) He has been in OT since birth, and was in PT for awhile. We tried aqua therapy, but he is not a water baby, hated it. We have also seen good results from kinesio taping. He has aprox, 50% function and 130 degrees rom now. Of course he has a little internal rotaion and no supination (sp?) yet. He sees a neurologist and an orthapedist each every 6 months. He's just an angel of a little man. I don' know how often I'll get to post, as I cl a Living w/ birth injures board, and am a member of several other forums, but I wanted to introduce myself so I won't feel like such a stranger eavsdropping on your board.Hope all is well with everyone,
