Francine,
The shuttle is actually a 41 passenger bus, equipped with air conditioning and restroom.

I am awaiting itineraries from campers before confirming departure times from the airport with the shuttle/bus company. Once I hear back from everyone, I'll be able to provide specific departure times.

I have posted earlier that it would be best if Albany Airport arrivals occurred between the hours of 2-6 pm in an effort to more carefully plan for shuttle departures to camp. In addition, the shuttle will leave the campsite on September 1 by 10:00 am, bound for the Albany Airport. While it should be just a 90 minute return trip from the camp to the airport, it is Labor Day and we've taken this into account, suggesting that you not plan for a return flight sooner than 2pm, just to be safe.

The trip from the Albany Airport to the Camp is approximately 90 minutes in duration.

The fee for the shuttle is: $30.00 roundtrip per person who occupies a seat on the shuttle. Children ages 0-2 may ride on a parent's lap for free, but keep in mind that this is at least a 90 minute ride. In addition, it is safer for the child to be in a carseat, buckled into his/her own seat on the bus.

Your camp confirmation letter should cover this information as well, but please feel free to ask more questions, especially if you've not yet received your confirmation letter!

Hope this helps,
Cathy
