Camp for Trauma BPI, who's going

I would love for my son, who is 19 years old, to go to the camp and meet people near his age. In order for me to get him to go, I really need to show him that there will be plenty of adults with TBP that will attend. Please let me know if you are going and what your age is.

You may want to post this question on the TBPI Message Board also.

I know that Ryan McClune (UBPN board member, aslo TBPI and in his 20's) will be there!

Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: MVA in 2001, nerve graph in 2002, Median Nerve Transfer in 2004 and an unsuccessful Gracillis Muscle Transfer in 2006. I am living life and loving it! Feel free to contact me :)

Maureen,
I am 23 anf from MI. My mom and I are attending camp this summer! I am really looking forward to it as I have not yet met anyone with this injury. I am 2 years post accident and doing quite well with daily living but am really looking forward to meeting with ohters who REALLY understand what I am going through and where I am coming from. Hope to see you guys at camp!!! Tell you son to feel free to email me if he would like to at any time for anything! Take care and good luck!
