Hi Michelle,
It would be so wonderful to meet you at camp!

All individuals who have a bpi are eligible for sponsorship, if they meet the U.S. Government Poverty Guidelines as listed in Outreach. Because you live in a country outside of the U.S., we would consider the guidelines set forth, and take into account the exchange rate to equalize the figures for annual income.

Hey thanx for the reply!

Iv had a look at those guidelines but does that go on what my parents earn? bcos if it does well...they would have the money but wouldnt if you know what i mean, they still have a 5yr old and 14yr old to occupy and go a family holiday for the summer and to send me my friend to america would set them back a bit...but i am jobless!

So?? how would that work?

Michelle,
This all depends on your age. If you are a minor, under the age of 18, then your parents income is what would be considered. Hope this helps. Cathy
