flight timing worries

It will take us 2 1/2 hours to get to our air port and an hour is needed prior to arrival, got that. But what about arrival times in Albany to get on the bus for camp? When is it going to be there and when is it's departure time?Check in is 4 to 6 pm Friday and it takes 1 1/2 hours to get to camp forseeing we get to make it on the bus that will take us there. I'm also assuming the flight time is approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Great question. If you plan to take the shuttle from Albany Airport, please plan to arrive at the Albany Airport between the hours of 2:00 - 6:00 pm on Thursday or on Friday, depending upon your date of arrival/check-in. You may plan to arrive earlier than 2:00 pm, however, UBPN Greeters will not be at the airport until 2:00 pm. Upon confirmation of your shuttle reservation, we will provide you with specific meeting locations and shuttle departure times.

Also just to clarify, check-in is as follows: Thursday, August 28: 4:00 - 7:30 pm.
Friday, August 29: 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
I'm assuming from your post that you're planning for a Friday arrival. Again, once we receive all of your registration materials, we'll be able to confirm your shuttle information. Hope this helps. Cathy
