We are looking for a specialist in the Indianapolis IN area. Anyone know where I should look? Or know one in the area?

UBPN has a list of bpi specialists in the medical resource directory at ubpn.org/medicalresources/
It is not an all encompassing list as we have only included the doctors and clinics who agreed to complete a questionnaire and who wanted to be listed on the site, but there are many doctors in that list.
The Cincinnati Brachial Plexus clinic is probably the closest to you, only a little more than an hour's drive (if I remember) from Indianapolis.
