Pilates...great exercises??

So I'm a mom with a 2.5 yr old OBPI child. My New Years resolution was to do something for myself, so I got a Pilates video. Of course I always see some kind of potential BPI exercise in everything now from taking my girl to PT, OT, and AT...and I thought the Pilates was a great way for her to stretch her arm. It is kind of Yoga-ish, and you use the therabands and do slow, controlled stretching. My daughter is far too young to do the exercises herself...but I thought I'd pass along the tip here in case there are some of you who might be interested.

I am 31 yrs old and have erbs palsy. I am just actually starting to research and am so suprised to find that I am not alone out here with this pain and discomfort. I too started doing pilates and it really has worked wonders. My neck does tend to ache a bit afterwards but its great for the muscle tone all over the body and the slow streching helps too. This website is great!! Thanks everyone!
