We stayed the nights of November 20, 21, and 22. I do not know who I spoke with but I told him I needed Brachial Plexus rates if they had them rather than the regular medical rate. It was $79 plus the applicable taxes. They can't say that they didn't do it!!!

they said that they would honor those rates if they could look up your name and see what codes they used
