Brachial Plexus injury sustained during surgury

I have a family member that sustained a brachial plexus injury during and unrelated surgury. Looking for a specialtist in Mass. or NH area. Finding clinics in CT and NYC but would be good to find closer to home. Seems if any help or hope of repair it needs to be done in the first 3-6 mo. for optimal results. Any suggestion or related info appreciated! Thanks, Debbie

Am in same situation. How far did you get? Doctors saved husbands life, but now his hands don't work.I am not happy with the 'wait and see what happens' approach.

surgery caused bpi is the 2nd commonest cause in our 'roll call' post, it happens a lot.
Isn't Dr Waters in Boston? Don't know how much experience he has with adults, he has an excellent reputation with obpi.
All the best in your search, if Dr Waters isn't on the medical resources page, email me and I'll find his address, I've got some of his articles somewhere.
good luck :0)
