as the Mum of a child with obpi I know exactly how you feel - we are costantly striving to make our children
"better again" - (I don't mean that in any negative way)
But what REALLY matters is how Joe feels - if he couldn't come up with something when the Dr asked him then there's your answer!
Well done to Joe for coming this far and well done you for knowing that what Joe feels is the most important thing - acceptance is a hard thing, I am always wondering how I can make Gavin's arm better than it is and the real answer is that I can't - no matter how much I want to - ( for his sake NOT mine)
