Cannot log on

We got a new email address and I am trying to log on to the message boards and when I click on the "log in/register" key it brings me to "jivesoftware.com". where does this come from? They have a really wierd kind of message board on that site. I would really like to log in and use my name instead of the "guest" option plus I would like my message to appear immediately instead of having to go through the deal of my message being accepted. I eagerly await some kind of an answer. Thanks ...Louise
