I need help reaching an attorney named Mr. Brown in Wa. State.

I have lost the number to an Attorney named Mr. Brown, He takes cases concerning Erb's Palsy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did receive your email yesterday and I did reply only it keeps coming back to me.
