Pain relief mind/body technique

I have been using this mind/body technique for pain for the last eight months or so. I have also taught over 90 people the technique to date. It's been pretty amazing.

It is called EFT Emotional Freedom Technique... some refer to it as psychological acupuncture because you use the meridians to do the work. It is very easy to learn and works immediately - you don't have to wait for the result.

I used it on myself this last few days while being hospitalized. I have a gREAT fear if IV's and needles from an experience two years ago and I did EFT in my car on the way to the hospital and it worked so well that the nurses were awestruck. They knew they were hurting me and I didn't even as much as flinch.

It's something to look into. http://www.emofree.com
you can print the manual for it for free right off the web.

I can talk you through your first few sessions.

I have taught two adults with bpi how to do this technique and they have had positive results.

email me francine@injurednewborn.com

It's NOT hokey baloney - it really works

I'm pushing this up to the top.

I know you don't care for me in this group and that's fine with me - but I am sharing something here that may really help you.

Please don't dismiss the possibilities here.

respectfully,
francine

dave and all other who are going to try this... do it when you are in pain so you can tell for sure that it is working for your pain...

Louise - yes you can do two things at once...actually they are probably both intertwining anyway...we shall see...
