The scheduled date for Camp UBPN 2015 is July 31-August 3rd at Trout Lodge in Potosi, MO
Registration opens January 31, 2015
Camp UBPN 2015 is a family camp for adults and children of all ages affected by brachial plexus injuries. Camp is held at the YMCA Trout Lodge and it is hotel style lodging with buffet meals. We have speaker sessions by brachial plexus specialists, roundtable discussions for the injured adults, youth, parents and siblings, as well as lots of activities and free time to connect.
All injured adults, injured children and children ages 5 and under are free to attend. Adults over the age of 18 are $225.00, Children ages 6-16 are $100.00. The cost is for the entire weekend and includes all meals, speaker sessions and select activities.
A 25.00 deposit per person must be submitted and payment plans are available.
