Handstands, cartwheels, basic strength issues?

So are there any OBPI children on here that can do these gymnastic activities well? My 10 year old
desperately wants to do cartwheels, walk overs, handstands and the rest of the flips her friends can do,
but she just doesn't have the strength in her affected arm and has really lagged behind everyone else she
knows in learning these maneuvers. I'd just like to know if this is something other BPI kids can do reasonably well or
not?

I imagine it would depend on the extent of injury. Kailyn did some gymnastics, but gave up on it fairly young. But I have also seen some wonderful examples of BPI kids on youtube videos doing quite well and competing.
