Hello to all who are reading this. My name is Tanya, and I am mom to Amber (currently 11 years old) with a ROBPI. Amber has numerous splints/braces over the years, as well as OT/PT session including aquatic therapy at one point. She had the anterior capsule release surgery when she was 25 months old and has had phenomenal success! She is in 6th grade, on the bronze honor roll, is very proud of the fact that she can do monkey bars after "years of practice" she would say, participates in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing, loves to play in the mud and just have fun! I am a labor/delivery RN who also serves on the board of directors for UBPN. We live in Upstate NY (nope, not near NY City) and are both willing to talk to anyone who feels the desire to reach out and connect.
