Noah Bent His Arm!
Yesterday I was playing with Noah and doing his exercises and to my shock and disbelief, he bent his arm at the elbow! I had my hand holding his upper arm down just so I could make sure it was really bicep function, and he did it again! He did it 4 times before getting fussy and starting to cry. I cant believe it!! Im praying that this is the beginning of his recovery. Can someone tell me how to post a video? I got it on video He is now 9 weeks old and this is the first sign of improvement we have seen. Please pray for him.

Re: Noah Bent His Arm!
That is amazing. My son is 3 months and just started bending his elbow. It sounds like he is doing very well.
I am not sure how to post videos but you could post to youtube and copy the link in here if they can't be uploaded.

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: LOBPI. I am 77 yrs old and never had a name for my injuries until 2004 when I found UBPN at age 66.
My injuries are: LOBPI on upper body and Cerebrael Palsy on the lower left extremities. The only intervention I've had is a tendon transplant from my left leg to my left foot to enable flexing t age 24 in 1962. Before that, my foot would freeze without notice on the side when wearing heels AND I always did wear them at work "to fit in" I also stuttered until around age 18-19...just outgrew it...no therapy for it. Also suffered from very very low self esteem; severe Depression and Anxiety attacks started at menopause. I stuffed emotions and over-compensated in every thing I did to "fit in" and be "invisible". My injuries were Never addressed or talked about until age 66. I am a late bloomer!!!!!
I welcome any and all questions about "My Journey".
There is NO SUCH THING AS A DUMB QUESTION.

Thanks everyone Noah has gotten really good at bending his arm over the past few weeks. he can now get his hand in his mouth! his progress amazes us more and more every day. Friday we meet with the specialists again...we are excited to see what they will think about his progress.
